A skilled operator for companies not chugging at full speed.

I notice patterns before anyone names them and I build or fix what's needed.

FIFTEEN+ YEARS OF OPERATIONS ACROSS

Diagnose it. Build it. Fix it.

Three ways to get you surfing.

01 — Diagnose It

Don't know quite what's wrong?

I interview the people closest to the work, and look for the patterns nobody's connected yet.

You get a clear findings document that outlines what's actually broken, recommended prioritization, and suggested next steps.

No long-term commitment required.

Start here if: something feels off but you can't name it yet, or you want clarity before you commit to more.

02 — Fix It

Something specific creating friction?

I work inside your existing systems. No new tools, no blowing things up. I find the points of friction and resolve them.

Start here if: you know what's broken and need an experienced operator to sort it out.

03 — Build It

Have a vision but need someone to build it?

Give me a general direction and I'll build the operational infrastructure that needs to exist. It could be a system, a sales motion, a program, a pipeline.

Start here if: you're in growth mode and need someone who can self-direct and run with minimal hand-holding.

How I got here

I am a master generalist — not by design, more by necessity. I grew up without a safety net, so I learned early to try things, build things, figure it out on my own: horse training, an art studio, a small consulting practice, before any of it was a "career."

That instinct followed me into tech. I ran localization at Method Seven, which led to a role at Google built around that exact skill set. Later, at WekaIO, the CRO built a role around my ability to do a ton of different things, quickly, and with excellence.

What I do is hard to put in a single box because I don't like staying inside one for long. Give me the reins and I'll earn your trust. I have a compass most people don't. Companies aren't any more challenging than horses.

Case Studies

01 — Taking Method Seven Global

Localized an e-commerce brand into German, Italian, Spanish, and French. Sourced and trained translators, managed budget, and integrated with the web backend. Learned the sales pitch in Spanish and led booth sales at an international show.

Result: 32% increase in European sales.

“Where previous efforts had failed or fallen critically behind, Diana promptly grasped the overall project and delivered definitive results on budget and in the shortest possible time.”

— Brad Tollefson, Business Strategist, Method Seven

02 — The Accidental Roadmap

I evolved what began as weekly product education calls with WekaIO's Director of Engineering into a prioritization framework that tied ~30 feature requests to revenue impact and engineering cost.

Result: Adopted by VP of Engineering as WekaIO’s engineering roadmap for the following year.

“Diana was extremely efficient and persistent bringing people and tasks together to achieve the overall goal — not an easy task spanning across multiple divisions.”

— George Pamboris, VP of Engineering, WekaIO

03 — Building the Machine That Onboards the Machine

Overhauled WekaIO's entire learning management system (LMS), from conception to completion within one quarter, on a $25K budget. Coordinated 20+ stakeholders, with a secret buffer week built in for deadline misses. Came in under budget with double the expected courses.

Result: Satisfaction scores rose from 2–3 stars to 4.7/5.

04 — A Pipeline Nobody Had Built Before

When Microsoft’s retail closures left sellers without an operational home, I built a net-new sales motion from scratch which included lead piping, quality parameters, a tiered market system, new seller onboarding, and weekly performance tracking.

Result: Doubled market presence, growing from 6 markets to 12 and beyond. Reached operational stability and handed off to a dedicated team.

What people say

“I 100% trust Diana to consistently exceed expectations, goals, beat budgets and timelines, regardless of the initiative type. … Diana thrives in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, requiring little oversight.”

— Ken Grohe, Chief Revenue Officer, WekaIO

“Whether she has or hasn’t direct knowledge of a specific subject, Diana can always build a framework that enables collaboration and produces results. … For Diana, bringing value to the table and delivering results is the name of the game.”

— Efraim Grynberg, Director of Engineering, WekaIO

“She is an independent worker with a strong team spirit. … It was a pleasure to work with her because she got results and had a good time along the way.”

— Kimberly Le Deaux, Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Adobe
